Overview
Professionally, I have written content marketing, technical documentation, market research, and academic papers.
My ongoing projects are a meta-analysis of interventions aimed at reducing sexual violence; a project for Founders Pledge on corruption; a meta-analysis of vegan persuasion literature; and a project intended to bring the credibility revolution to exercise science.
Content marketing
-
For Glo Foundation, I published
- content for the website, including thought leadership, product explanations, quarterly updates, information for job applicants, and general-purpose marketing;
- social media content, including both threads and stand alone posts;
- forum posts for external audiences, some of which I ghostwrote or co-wrote.
-
For Code Ocean, I
- co-authored the white paper;
- wrote for the company blog;
- guest wrote for a partner’s blog;
- and occasionally wrote social media content.
- I also presented Code Ocean at conferences, e.g. JupyterDay in the Triangle at UNC in 2018. One person said I was good!
Technical documentation
-
I wrote about half of Code Ocean’s help pages, and all of the Reproducibility and Preservation and Tutorials sections.
-
Lately I’ve been contributing pull requests to the Ethereum Foundation’s developer docs, e.g. 6619, 6651, 7759, 10741, and 10756.
Market research
- For IMA Financial Group, I contributed to a few different reports.
